Last week, the IMITec Training School had the pleasure of delivering a dedicated Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) training course for our customer, Pilatus Aircrafts.
The training was structured into three key modules:
- Fundamentals of Phased Array Testing – building a solid theoretical foundation.
- Practical Applications – putting theory into practice through hands-on exercises.
- Customized Training – addressing theoretical and practical applications specifically relevant to the NDT personnel at Pilatus Aircraft.
Throughout the course, we combined fundamental theory with hands-on workshops and open discussions, addressing questions and challenges raised by Pilatus’ NDT inspectors and experts.
Tailoring training to the specific needs of a customer can be challenging for everyone involved. It requires flexibility, experience, and the ability to adapt the content to real-world applications.
But that is exactly where the real value lies: bringing NDT experts together, discussing relevant technical challenges, and working collaboratively to find practical solutions.
At IMITec, we believe that effective training goes beyond transferring knowledge. It is about sharing experience, understanding customer needs, and developing solutions together.
